DACOR's membership is made up of foreign affairs professionals. Its members include officers and staff of the U.S. Foreign Service, other U.S. government personnel with overseas duty or foreign affairs responsibility, and non-government foreign affairs professionals including, but not limited to, academics, consultants, policy analysts, journalists, international development specialists, non-profit/NGO professionals, and persons who have worked overseas in international business.
